She has used EMDR, mind/body connection, somatic therapy, deep breath work, as well as traditional talk therapy with me. She tailors each session specifically for you and your long-term goals but can deftly adapt the session should something need immediate attention. She has a warm, nonjudgmental demeanor and maintains an emotionally safe, gentle environment even when working through intense emotions. She will end each session by guiding you to be emotionally grounded and at peace before you leave the office. Healing from childhood or adult traumas is hard work.
